I just noticed this while flipping through primary returns.  Here are the percentage voting for Obama and Clinton in the Southern states thus far.  If this doesn't make you depressed, nothing will.  I know it'll sure make Al depressed. Tongue

 

 

 

 

hay guyz which color represents the black candidate??

I had no idea the racial divide was that bad.  Sheesh.

Mississippi will be similar.  I'm not sure how many local primaries are on March 11, though, but if there are a bunch, it's really going to skew the results.  In '07, way more people voted in the Democratic primary because most all local officials throughout the state are Dems.  So if it's a similar situation, I don't know how the old white conservatives are going to vote (Edwards?  Uncommitted?  leave it blank?)
