Na.

After Iowa I really thought he had a chance... however... after New Hampshire and Nevada, I was brought back to reality.

The primary season is too compact.  He never really had a chance to build and sustain his momentum coming out of Iowa.  I also underestimated the Clinton machine and all of their shady, conniving, F'd up campaign tactics.

Well, Iowa was a surprise. It was supposed to be a landslide for Hillary. New Hampshire was a major downer, but Nevada wasn't a huge surprise because of the Hispanic vote.

Our primary system is out of whack. There are too many states on one day, and very silly states to begin with. People in my state, or in Maryland and Pennsylvania will not get a chance to choose their candidate. Reform!

I'd say so. It's still early days and it's hard to arrive at any conclusions until after Super Tuesday.

Obama had no chance from the moment he entered the Dem race.  Just FYI  Tongue

This from the guy who thought Giuliani was a safe bet for the Republican nomination... Wink

I don't recall ever saying Giuliani was a safe bet for the nomination, but ok...  Smiley

Makes me wonder what people will think of the current threads in a few months from now...

Judging from the content of this thread I'll say Obama will either have landslided against McCain or have only won Illinois and D.C. Tongue
