Racial voting?  You bet.  It happens all over the country and even within the Democratic Party.  See every national Democratic preference poll published so far - breakdown of the Obama vote and the Hillary vote.  Uh, see any pattern there?

The racial component in the Ohio vote is especially strong there.  Clinton has consistently run 5 or 6 pts ahead of Obama in all Ohio general election polls against any Republican nominee.
