Picked. Can I be a delegate, for instance?

Yes you can. They're not really picked per se. You just declare yourself a delegate and pledge your support behind a candidate as long as you live in a region where that candidate won delegates. A candidate also reserves the right to refuse you as a delegate.

After it's clear who has how many delegates from which region, the candidates ask ordinary voters to pleas be their delegates. That's how we did it last time around, anyways.

EDIT: Earl's also put it nicely. Smiley

Yeah, after the first round, you can vote for whoever you want, but in the first round you must pledge yourself behind a specific candidate. So, the first round is just to see who the delegates are; the results are going to be similar to the actual delegate totals, except candidates may not find enough delegates in time.

They can be filled in during the subsequent rounds provided they vote for that delegate.

Right now, the results are as follows:

1. San Francisco
2. Belle Fourche
T3. Austin
T3. Seattle
T5. Everyone else.

I suggest we end voting right now, since this took me a long time to do (manually) and I don't want to have to do it again.
