Josh and DWDL have both flip-flopped, but Josh is the more centrist candidate, while DWDL is an extremist who wants to privatize the government.
Until tomorrow when he picks up another political philosophy in order to try to make friends and be popular.

Yes it has, it has changed alot.
As much as I don't like to defend DWTL, it hasn't changed much. He's always been a conservative though becoming more libertarian. He's never been a liberal, socialist or anything else really IIRC
I would consider him an anarcho-capitalist.
