If I was Bill Clinton and Al Gore resigned the Vice Presidency, I would choose Senator Bob Graham of Florida to be the new Vice President and ultimately Clinton's running mate in '96. If Graham decided to run for the Nomination in 2000, I reckon he could win and easily take the state of Florida.
