I don't know who I'd vote for, but this is how it turned out.

I don't think so, I say narrow HappyWarrior win.  Its really an uneventful liberal with good ideas v. a radical with a strong base, think Chris Dodd v. Ron Paul.  I think he flips OH and NM while I flip NH.  However, if I was campaigning for office rather than having fun expressing my views on a forum I think I could cruise to victory.

You are way too much of an economic conservative to be elected in America.

My point was I could pander, not that I would want to but if I were in the position of running for president some pandering would have occured

Not necessarily populist, think of Down the presidential candidate as a John McCain type

I don't hate him, he's just an idiot, and I can't stand anymore of these kids who support him for attention and think they're going to save us all form the fascist government.

No offense down, but I think I would demolish you.  I am one of the more moderatly liberal Democrats on the forum, I stand up for agrarian intrests, giving me more power in the west and south than a normal democrat, plus I stand for larger military funding than people like Eraserhead.  Think circa 2004 John Edwards.  You're more like Tom Tancredo.

I think it comes out like this.

I manage to make states like Kansas and Texas closer than normal.

Even taking into accounts my outrageous positions, my libertarian tendicies and immigration policy give me a decent sized win in AZ.  No way I lose KY or libertarian MT either

How would an extreme economic conservative get moderates over a moderate liberal?

HW/HW landslide. I'd be surprised if DWTL won more than a handful of states.
