This is with 3 MPs from each province, and 42 at-large.

For the provinces with one Antillian, that party gets all 3 votes. For those with three, they are allocated based on the number of residents in each party.

Provincial Representatives:

Social Democrats: 8
Free Democrats: 6
Labour: 4
Progressive Conservatives: 4
Social Credit: 3
Conservatives: 1
Social Liberals: 1
Vacant: 6

The at-large MPs are elected proportionally.

At Large:

Social Democrat: 12
Free Democrats: 6
Labour: 6
Progressive Conservatives: 6
Conservatives: 3
Social Credit: 3
Social Liberals: 3

Total:
Social Democrat: 20
Free Democrats: 12
Labour: 10
Progressive Conservatives: 10
Social Credit: 6
Conservatives: 4
Social Liberals: 4
Vacant: 6

Left: 30
Center: 22
Right: 14

I agree it doesn't make much sense, but it's a primitive MMP system.

Don't think there should be any link, no direct link anyway, between the strength of the parties in elections and the number of members each party has. Of all the big blows fantasyland took, attempts by certain people to rig elections by getting friends to register to vote there (or just making people up) was one of the heaviest. One it's never really recovered from.

You're probably right. That's why it's preliminary.

Right.  As I mentioned, that other sim had 50-50 player determined-GM determined.  Seems like a good ratio to me.
