That just shows the maturity of the extreme left-side (the fact that you admit to reading DU scares me).  After all, it was the Democrats impeding Naders Constitutional right to collect signatures just a month ago.

It's a Constitutional right to challenge those signatures in court too.

You can thank the hatred of Nader by the extreme left is immature, but the point is, there will be no massive defections to Nader no matter what.

Challenge signatures, yes, but not to, say, fill a room set aside as a campaigning/signature gathering event for Nader with DNC operatives to ensure that he doesn't get the signatures he expected is dirty and infringes upon his right to Campaign fairly.  Just one of many dirty tricks pulled this election year against Nader by the DNC.
