We second the honorable Mr. Tudor's statement. The PC finds itself in favor of the monarchy and of the Commonwealth, while allowing for membership in other linguistic organizations. We will however further study Mr. Khan's proposal before seconding or not.

I would propose a system similar to the one proposed in Ontario or the one used in Germany, namely Mixed Member Proportional. Districts based on population, and the rest of the seats elected through party-list proportional representation.
