So I found that similar looking (and now defunct) nation I was thinking of when I rambled in that other thread:

Yeah, maybe we could have an Constitutional Convention to start things off?  Basically start with that and modify things we don't like, or think our characters don't like?  I'm pretty sure Davey would like to see a more American-style governing system, for instance Smiley

I was pretty active over there while it was still up and running--got myself elected President for a term before being soundly trounced for re-election.

Hugh was also a former Eutopian himself, I believe, though mainly before my time there.
