With a different running mate and a better campaign(and better luck:let's say Trump has a stronger anti-Trump GOP push), could she have pulled it off??

Yes, heavy lift, but not undoable...much easier with Kelli Ward downballot against Anne Kirkpatrick.

She wasted far too much on Ohio and NC instead.

2024 seems like an outlier though, but I think the result is largely a blowback to Biden's border policies.

I don't think so. It took a D+8 national environment 2 years later for Sinema to win by 2 and Biden barely won it in '20.
