Exclusive: US CDC plans study into vaccines and autism, sources say

March 7 - The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is planning a large study into potential connections between vaccines and autism, two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters, despite extensive scientific research that has disproven or failed to find evidence of such links. It is unclear whether U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr, who has long promoted anti-vaccine views, is involved in the planned CDC study or how it would be carried out. The CDC and the Department of Health and Human Services were not immediately available for comment.

It's "unclear?" Nah, we know full well what RFK Jr. is going to do here. He will ensure that this "study" is not done by actual scientists in a scientific manner, and instead that the conclusion is what we all know he wants it to be.

Instead, he proposed a "Marxist genetics" postulating an unlimited possibility of transformation of living organisms through environmental changes in the spirit of Marxian dialectical transformation, and in parallel to the Party's program of creating the New Soviet Man and subduing nature for his benefit. Lysenko refused to admit random mutations, stating that "science is the enemy of randomness".[12]

Evolution was ideologically inconvenient for the USSR, so it was shunted aside in favor of Lamarckian Lysenkoism, which was better suited to creating The New Soviet Man.

Probably the end result will be a Chernobyl-style mass casualty event, in which science shows that it is the boss, and that nature tells politicians what to do - not the other way around.

It's too bad for Donald that the fundamental forces of nature don't fear primary challengers.

You need to be "objective" and "neutral".  When presented with "tens of millions of lives saved" and "nutjob gets kids killed" the appropriate phrasing is "disagreement on vaccine effectiveness".
