This far out, there's too wide a range of outcomes here to say with much confidence.

One big question is does he face a notable primary challenge from the right or does the TX GOP stay relatively united?

Also think depends on turnout dynamics. One of the reasons Trump/Cruz were able to win TX by more than expected in 2024 (even given the national environment) was turnout dynamics were heavily skewed towards the GOP - moreso than usual. If we have turnout dyanmics that look more like 2018/2020, then Cornyn may struggle to crack double-digits.
