Dave doesn't seem to be answering questions about Atlas in his forum, so asking here.  

Is this just an Atlas data entry error or did something happen to cause him to cautiously revise down (even if temporarily)?

I saw similar behavior in 2020 and I'm curious what causes it.  Is it just data errors or is it a result of some part of the certification process?
