It would be interesting to see the swings in specific areas. NYT’s came out in 2018 and 2021 respectively.

A lot of places redrew precincts after the census, so 2020-4 swing will involve some estimation and reallocation; it wouldn't surprise me if the NYT thinks they can't calculate precinct swing to their standards.
