Best GOP recruits for 2026

Georgia : Brian Kemp

Michigan : Either John James or James Craig

New Mexico : Herrell

New Hampshire : Gov Chris Sununu, Scott Brown

Virginia : Youngkin

Trump won the popular vote and now suddenly people think New Mexico is winnable for Republicans in a Trump midterm with a candidate who underperformed him anyway?

Realistically, they can only win Georgia and Michigan, so I'll just talk about those two.

Georgia is Kemp, easily.

Michigan is tough, but based on how the State House went this year vs. last year, Bohnak and Frisbie could be ones to watch, maybe?

Michigan is tough, but based on how the State House went this year vs. last year, Bohnak and Frisbie could be ones to watch, maybe?

Yeah, some random state house freshmen are our best candidates to run for the U.S. Senate.
