• Tommy - an Italian-American transplant from New York to Florida - is the archetypical Republican.
• Mike from GTA Advance is a genuine swing voter.
• CJ and Franklin are loyal Democrats federally, but are business-minded enough that they'll threaten to donate to the Republican candidate for Governor if the boys in Sacramento ever get too excited about taxation.
• Toni is a Kerry-McCain-Obama-Trump voter.
• Victor and Luis are straight-ticket Democrats.
• Niko is an immigrant who can't vote, but canonically at least he's like, vaguely sympathetic to liberal/left-wing causes (he's anti-war and is friends with a gay man).
• Johnny is an ancestral Democrat who might have gotten on the Trump train in 2016 if he didn't, you know, get brutally murdered three years earlier.
• Michael is the stereotypical Romney-Clinton voter.
