Since no one else seems interested in replying, I suppose this listing could serve as some sort of a database of candidates who have unsuccessfully sought Presidential nominations since 1960.

Very true indeed.

As I said in my original post,

Pick whichever names you like from the lists and name the running mate.

I really did not expect anyone to name running mates for all of the names on my list.

And thank you for your intention to reply to some of the names later.
