likely rep could be that the reps are in the lead by 2% there.

Tossups are the ones that I have absolutely no idea. I have given likely gop or dem to any state that I have an idea of which way it will go, whether its by 1% or 25%.

This list states what is likely to happen, not what states are important in terms of swing votes, etc.
