Biden says he's not in this for his legacy, he's trying to complete the job he started.

Great line and good point!
Biden is finished. Calling Zelenskyy Putin and VP Harris VP Trump will do it for most Capitol Hill Lawmakers.

To be fair, if he keeps talking about random things after each question, less people will get to ask questions.

He's got a real rambling problem. If he says "by the way" one more time...

Trust me that's a lie, he doesn't want to be a one termer because most of those presidents always forgotten. Trump might be the exception to that rule, but that's only because of who he was prior to running for the Presidency.

He still won’t say the word “abortion”…..Instead it’s “the issue over women’s bodies”.

That has nothing to do with that line.

This is James Polk erasure.

If Biden decides to stay , one thing he really can’t do anymore is humor, it will almost always be seen as a gaffe at this point .

The last three one-term presidents (Trump, GHW Bush, and Carter) are pretty memorable.

Biden laughing off the fake news reporting about his bedtime. Glad to hear it.

The president has a busy schedule. Move on. The president is ready to move on.

I have personally always loved when Biden angrily whispers about how great unions are.

Mentioned golf again for some reason. Surely just makes people think of the debate.

Interesting that he says there's no indication of his inability to do the job and avoid more bad nights like the debate "yet"

Play some golf. You'll suck and be awful (we all are), but you'll get hooked.

Honestly, this is going fine and speaks in some ways to the idea that the last two weeks have been way too much of a circus.

I do still believe he's too old for the job, and I've been sounding those alarms for years, but he's the nominee and he can do an all right job. I doubt he steps down.

Is Carter really memorable? I was lumping Biden in with a person like Ford.

That's honestly a thing with senile people in general.

If this Biden had showed up to the debate, we wouldn't be here now.  As it is, might be too little too late.

If this Biden had showed up to the debate, we wouldn't be here now.

And if Democrats had held the line and ignored the media, we’d be moving on after this.
