That would be pretty inappropriate for this setting. I don't think he's seriously considering dropping out, but if he's close or there then tomorrow would be a much better time.

Even if Biden does drop out at this point, him and his administration still deserve a lot of blame for not having this discussion a year ago. The Democratic ticket is extremely weakened, even if Biden does step down.
