My views evolved overtime. All the hard bootlicking for establishment Democrats change when I realized the politicians I was stabbing were not far different from the Republicans I despise. Now my views are populist to the core, with the feeling we should govern for the people by the people. No more benefits for the oligarchy.

He clearly does not have principles and is someone who is willing to say anything just to maximize views/money. He has thus fallen victim to something called audience capture: the main reason he has shifted rightward over the last few years has to do with the fact that he discovered that a significant portion of his audience was right-wing, and he has thus produced more content in that direction in order to cater to this segment of his audience.
