no good, if you have this happens to you more than once in your life you have dumb assholes for friends.  Plus, we should be encouraging each other to tell us when we're being conned, not the other way 'round.  Also, I don't need to be forgiven by assholes.  If an acquaintance of mine was mad at me because I warned him that everyone selling UFO books is a liar or crazy, I'd rather he forget I exist than forgive me.  If you are mad at me because you did something stupid and I told you about it, I don't want you in my life.
