I can't vote for RFK over his threat to jail journalists, ASP isn't on the ballot in my state, and I'm uneasy about the aspects of either a Biden or Trump second term but for different reasons. I guess I'm leaning libertarian for now, but I'm not ready to endorse anyone.

Just to be clear, what happened that is being called a threat to jail journalists is that RFK's campaign said they would pursue legal action against CNN for what it claims is a violation of campaign finance laws by arbitrarily excluding him from the debate.

That makes it a bit less worse, but I still find it to be an extreme reaction imo.
