Milton Shapp (1971-1979)
Dick Thornburgh (1979-1987)
Bob Casey Sr. (1987-1995)
Tom Ridge (1995-2001)
Mark Schweiker (2001-2003)
Ed Rendell (2003-2011)
Tom Corbett (2011-2015)
Tom Wolf (2015-2023)
Josh Shapiro (2023-present)

For me personally,
1. Casey Sr
2. Ridge

I think Shapiro is a top 5 governor in the country currently.

Shapiro is on track to be the best, but since he's not half through his first term, I wouldn't count him yet. So Wolf it is.

Shapiro. Wolf and Rendell are also solid options.

Pennsylvania’s had good luck with governors recently (Corbett notwithstanding).
