They're all awful. Patel and Braverman in particular are monsters because they were the ones really pushing the Rwanda thing. Sunak is an incompetent moron who's been ready for one of his frat bros to hook him up with a finance job in SF for the last two years, Vivek is a laughable cartoon villain and Haley is a doormat who can't govern and was too cowardly to go after Trump for anything.

I get the vibe that some of the more disturbing parts of Vivek's beliefs are a cynical attempt at pandering to the MAGA crowd (to make a boring comparison to one of our blog's Indians, if you gave him truth serum, idk how different his views would be from lfromnj's) while Patel/Braverman are more genuine in their awfulness. Not sure which is worse, but I guess lean Vivek.

There could also be some latent ethnocentrism to my Punjabi side by putting Sunak and Haley first lol. Might've also put Jindal ahead of Patel if he was included - he walked so these losers could run.

Why Ramaswamy over Patel

Because I like Vivek and don't like Patel. She's a huge statist on civil liberties issues, while he's more of a civil libertarian.

Yikes. Sunak is ironically the least terrible politically though perhaps the second-least effective leader (after Braverman, who is so obviously out of her intellectual depth).
