For those who don’t know Zyn is a tobacco free nicotine pouches which are popular among young people, and while a lot of my friends have - I haven’t zynned.

I considered getting nicotine toothpicks once as an alternative to taking up smoking or vaping, then realized that was stupid and looked into ginseng or vitamin infused toothpicks instead, then realized those are way too expensive so I ended up with mint-flavoured toothpicks. Not sure why I didn't just buy a pack of gum.

I see plenty of people my father’s (or older) age with Zyn pouches while working so this isn’t exclusive to teenagers or young people.

Will it help with my oral fixation?

I mean seriously there are reasons that a lot of actors like to smoke cigs bcs it gives them a bit of a prop, helps relieve stress where one can fidget and reduce calories by things like pacing, flipping the ash off the cig.

It's not just the oral ingesting of a TOX, CARC, and when you feel the drug hitting your system gradually through your blood stream, it helps self-regulate.

Not of a big fan of higher dosage weed like is sold in the Dispensaries today.

Sure with the hard A will tend to go with more of sipping Whiskey and "American Pilsners", but don't need to get a massive buzz or rush.

Still not quite sure what exactly Zyn is.... I used to roll my own cigarettes for quite a few years without filters, but quite frankly happy I moved towards a lower dosage of my Tobacco addiction...  Wink

It is a dumb fad, and snus already exists. Swedish Match is about as responsible as they get in the tobacco industry, though.

Zynn does not meet the legal requirements for sale in Canada, but Zonnic (a Swedish product) is mostly the same thing and is available here in Canada. It's fairly popular since late 2023 or early 2024.

I quit smoking and (mostly) avoid nicotine like the plague.
