You have to live in Canada and in a prairie province. By definition, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba are the ones that qualify. Which city do you pick?

Banff. If limited to major cities, then Calgary.

The only Canuck city I've ever been to was Niagara Falls.

Sad!

All I remember is how crack-ghetto the NY side was, with blacks sitting outside their porches in what was obviously section-8 housing, compared to how lively the Ontario side was, with tourists, arcades, carnivals, and Western-style cowboy saloons and whatnot.

Just sayin'

Winnipeg is the only one I've been to (and that was for only one day a long time ago).  It seemed nice enough, so I voted for it by default.

Easy Calgary vote for me, although fun fact: I'm pretty sure I was conceived in Edmonton.

Probably any of those listed.
But they are all too cold for my SoCal blood.

Of these it would have to be Calgary as the others are way too cold in winter, but I'd probably prefer Lethbridge as I think I'd choose live in a smaller city.

Winnipeg is basically Canada's equivalent to where I live now, so there.

Probably Edmonton. They're all very cold cities, so that really isn't much of a factor.

Given Alberta is the Texas of canada, and by all accounts Regina is one of the most depressed communities outside of First Nation reservations in the country I guess Winnipeg by default.

Flin-Flon.

Not really. But I currently live in Plainfield, Illinois. And that sounds boring.
“Flin-Flon” doesn’t exactly sound cool. But it does sound like people are having a good time.

Picked Regina almost randomly but I don't know much about these places other than approximate size and location.

Will Saskatchewan ever get an NHL team? If so, what would they call it?

Any seem fine. I would rank Regina last just because it has the worst name of all of them.
