If I'm in a Tory or Lab safe seat, Labour
If I'm in a marginal, Conservative
I want the Tories defeated but not completely destroyed. It's good for the UK to have a Conservative Party as the main party of the right.

I'm in Northern Ireland, so leaning towards a spoiled ballot at this point but may reconsider based on the candidates.

If I was in the UK, easy vote for Labour. Maybe Liberal Democrats if voting strategically would warrant it.

If I were in England or Wales, very unenthusiastically Labour in Lab-Con seats or less unenthusiastically Lib Dem in a seat where they have a serious chance against either party. On the off chance I lived somewhere where Greens have a shot, I took a look at them and they aren't quite as kooky as I thought. In Scotland, I guess I'd have been pro-SNP before they decided to turn themselves into Tartan Tories in terms of incompetence (and increasingly ideology). Today I'd vote Lab or Lib Dem like in England, although I could still see myself going SNP if for some reason Labour's campaign decides to trot out Ian Murray's Union Jack waistcoats or something stupid like that.

Corbyn, Galloway, other/ind/Green if i were British

Strategic voting in districts perhaps where Conservatives are more favoured that aren't held by Labor at the moment or where a close election is expected in favour of Labour though (but definitely not in any where Labour currently holds).

For Scotland: SNP or Scottish Greens, depends on if strategic voting is needed

For Wales: Plaid Cymru

For Northern Ireland: Sinn Fein

Stances of the candidates theirselves would also matter

ISR/GAZ being the most important issue for me

Even if you think this a valid rationale, it surely means voting Tory in "safe" seats (*not* marginals)?

I suppose we might not be able to tell exactly what a Tory safe seat is, given the climate.

If I was in a safe seat, LibDem. If in a competitive seat, probably the one of Labour/LibDems that have the best chance to beat the Tories/SNP.

If I lived in the UK, happily vote Green (or left-wing independent, depending on the constituency and candidate).

If a Conservative held seat then it would depend on whether Labour or the Lib Dem was the most viable challenger. In a Labour held seat I'd probably vote Labour but not with a whole lot of enthusiasm and might vote 3rd party if I disliked the sitting MP. If Labour were getting challenged by a non-Conservative party it would depend on who the challenge was coming from, what kind of MP they are, etc.

Not sure how I'd go in Scotland. In theory I'm closer to the SNP than Labour but the SNP is such a mess I don't think I could vote for them in good conscious. I guess I'd vote Labour unless it was a SNP/Con marginal, in which case I'd go SNP.

Wales probably Labour as there just isn't much of a case for an English speaker to vote Plaid.

Lab in a Lab/Con marginal, LD in a LD/Con marginal. In a safe Lab seat I'm under the impression that the LDs aren't even really trying and and running paper candidates so probably Lab this time.

What are the alternatives? Reform, UKIP, and the various outright fascist (and worse) parties that have cropped up over the years. A (not necessarily the) Conservative Party is certainly preferable.

I mean at the end of the day the chips will fall where they may, but helping the Tories do better now is not what's going to prevent the British right from embracing far-right populism, given the Tories themselves have been at the forefront of that for the past 8 years.

I mean most voters in the UK Voted for Brexit in 2016 so it was not really "far-right" and the campaign platform Boris ran on in 2019 was not that right wing either.

It wasnt until partygate and then the rise of Truss, that the Tories completely imploded.
