Biden can still win NC, though as of today it's either Tilt or Lean R in all fairness. He definitely needs to improve is overall numbers and at least win the NPV by a 2020 margin. NC has been really stubborn after 2008.

I don't see Biden winning NC, but I don't see Trump winning it by 5-10% either. The state has been nearly 50/50 since 2004.

That GOV number is pretty darn close too.

But still hard to see NC breaking its tradition of electing moderate Dem governors and going with someone like Robinson....
