I forgot to mention that the County Clerk of Greene County (Springfield) is also one of the eight running (he's also a former state Rep). Plus there's Mike Carter, (somewhat of a perennial candidate, he ran for Lt. Gov in 2012 and 2020, and ran for state Senate in 2016 and 2022).

The last poll (in February) had her at 10% with 56% undecided, and flashy bullsh like this gets name recognition which is king in down ballot races
