This race, this year, isn't really "exciting" or anything, it's a drag on the soul quite honestly.

It's depressing as a young person that my choice is between 2 ancient people. It's depressing that Trump is still a facet of American society after 8 years. 8 years that have seemed like an eternity.

2008 was exciting. Even 2016 had an element of excitement because of how crazy it was. But this?

It's draining. I really just want to wake up and have it be November with the race being decided. It feels like this year and this election is proceeding insanely slowly.

2020 felt more sluggish and tiring honestly. Especially with Covid shutting everything down the election was all we had to think about.

The absence of a comptetitve primary on either sides for the first time in at least two decades has truly participated in making this year especially boring (so far). 2016 is the first US election that I followed and it truly had everything. There's a very good chance that 2028 will be similar as there'll be no incumbent and no obvious successor.

With Alsobrooks I think it can help Allred get elected there was no enthusiasm left for Allred until now, the latest poll has Trump leading Biden 48/40 in TX if we win this race along with MT we can beat Daines, Cornyn and Collins in 26.

But, it definitely helps Allred with Alsobrooks , if the PVI is 50/45 Biden I think we can win TX

Spectator was right TX will trend Left and FL was always going to trend right like 1964

Two awful candidates. The worst election since the 19th Century.

The question is why there wasn't a competitive primary on the side without an incumbent President.
