No. Just no.

80,000 people is 1% of New Jersey's population, and many of the attendees are probably from all across the Mid-Atlantic and elsewhere.

I mean it'll almost certainly be the closest it has been since 2004 but that's not necessarily saying much. It's not seriously in play.

The Wildwood mayor is a MAGAite, and just like his Dear Leader, under criminal indictment https://archive.ph/iL1gz

To be fair, that's just an ordinary politician in New Jersey.

Roger Stone responded to people questioning the crowd size with this:

That's actually a Rod Stewart concert in Rio in 1994.

So from the picture on the right (trump's rally), what is the estimate?
Maybe 15-20K at most?

2020 Democratic nominee Bernie Sanders can confirm that crowd sizes matter a lot.

Wow, look at the beautiful mountains and tropical climate of South Jersey.

NJ might be in single digits but that does not mean it’s in play . A 2004 style result there is the best case scenario there and that means Trump still loses the state by 7 points which means the state isn’t in play by any definition.

As a side note Bush’s 2004 performance was not a best case scenario for him , it was more like a median one and it’s possible in a best case scenario he could have really put the state in play .

If NJ ends up in play the way MO was in 2008 then I think Biden has lost in a landslide or mini landslide anywyay.

New Jersey will not be in single digits!

Biden wins by 13 at worst.

I don't know, I think "Cary dite by raye sigh en olve be cut" may win over a lot of NJ voters. Probably almost as many as want to see Trump make the late Hannibal Lecter great again.

The only gibberish word that might get him a few votes here is "gabagool."

No, but if Trump gets 2021 Gov level numbers in south Jersey he could keep the state around 6-9%.

Yes, my bad! I think if Trump really has a multiracial working class coalition he can win Cumberland, Atlantic and Gloucester.

I wonder if he could also make gains in the shore area, it’s basically NJ’s Long Island.
