How should Biden respond if the Supreme Court declares that the president has full immunity?

Thankfully this is unlikely to happen, but if it did happen, how should President Biden respond to this abomination of a ruling? It's all but certain that if Trump wins the 2024 election, he will abuse his newfound immunity to turn himself into a dictator and persecute his political opponents (if not outright assassinate them) since he legally can't face any repercussions for his actions (he could just assassinate any Senator that would vote to convict him). Should Biden and the Dems "be the bigger man" and refuse to use full immunity to commit obvious crimes for political gain, and just hope and pray that Trump doesn't become fuhrer-elect after the election? Or should they themselves temporarily abuse full immunity to ensure that the wannabe dictator can't win the election and/or replace the SC with Justices that would revoke full immunity?

This would be an absolutely ghoulish situation for the country, but there really wouldn't be any good options in this case, just some "less bad" options. Even if Trump surprised everyone and chose not to go full authoritarian despite having nothing stopping him, it would only be a matter of time until a future president does use full immunity to become a dictator.

I hope that this thread can at least show the MAGA hacks of this forum why the court ruling in favor of Trump's full immunity argument would be an absolute disaster for the country. This would easily be the worst Supreme Court ruling ever.

Having a president unaccountable for crimes commited during office would be absolutely awful obviously, but this scenario of Trump becoming some sort of Fuhrer and assassinating senators left and right is hilariously bonkers.

This is the one occasion in which it would be appropriate to state that the Supreme Court has made its ruling -and dare them to enforce it.  That the judiciary branch as a whole will have been undermined forever is worth the cost in defying a ruling so odious and damaging to American democracy.  Chief Justice John Roberts, Jr. and his merry band of Federalist Society justices will only have themselves to blame.  And they can't count on the American people to save their skins.

Well, the Supreme Court is entertaining it at the very least. And the overturn of Roe seemed "absurd" for a time too. Don't overestimate these hacks.
