Muad'Dib's Atlasian Party is a nondenominational center right party. People who did not vote for Fhtagn or OSR in the February election are ineligible for party membership for the time being. This cavet on membership may be repealed by the party chairman at his/her own discretion.

Proposed By-laws
1 ). Muad’Dib’s Atlasian National Party (hereafter abbreviated “MAN”) shall, from time to time, hold conventions to discuss party business, as the Party Chair deems necessary.
2 ). No one may participate in a convention unless he or she was a registered party member at least seven days prior to the convention, unless granted a waiver by the Party Chair or Party Vice-Chair, or unless they were a registered member of either of the predecessor parties at the time of merger.
3 ). Muaddib shall be the inaugural Party Chair.
4 ). The post of Party Chair shall be an elected office. Elections for Party Chair shall be held twice a year, with the first election occurring in the second half of 2024 (scheduled at the convenience of the Party Chair).
5 ). The official color of Muad’Dib’s Atlasian National Party shall be dark green (#0f4b32) and the party’s official acronym shall be “MAN”. The official slogan of Muad’Dib’s Atlasian National Party shall be “Let’s Make Atlasia Great Again.”
6 ). Muad’Dib’s Atlasian National Party shall represent the center-right and will be an explicitly non-confessional party.
7 ). S019 is prohibited from participating in any Muad’Dib’s Atlasian National Party conventions and is prohibited from voting in or running for any leadership races.
8 ). Registering for this party shall be taken as consent that you agree to its by-laws.

I now open a vote on the merger agreement. It shall run until a majority of party membership  has either voted for or against the merger agreement, or 24 hours after a majority of party membership has voted, or for 30 days, whichever is soonest.
