1972: Jackson
1976: Jackson or Udall
1980: Ugh... <throws up>
1984: I dunno... Glenn? Hollings?
1988: Gephardt... and that's saying something
1992: Uh... Kerrey... Harkin... wait, did Perot win the North Dakota Democratic Primary? Then Perot!
1996: nobody
2000: Uh... neither Gore nor Bradley strike me... vote LaRouche, and hope for a Bushslide?
2004: Graham, maybe Gephardt or Lieberman
