Can I point out that ballot access and election law sucks, it's intentionally made to suck by Democrats and Republicans that don't care about democracy and don't care that it sucks because either they use it in incredibly short-sighted instances or it harms third parties normally and not themselves. They only raise a stink the once in a blue moon when it affects them?

Before either Republicans in Colorado or Democrats in Ohio cry foul, how many states and individual races have you fought to get parties and candidates off the ballot on technicalities?

a judge will order Biden be placed on the ballot and if Biden isn't on the ballot it will backfire on Republicans.

Unlike the Colorado and Maine decisions, this is a pure technicality. It's clearly objective and written on paper. Ohio doesn't have to let Biden on the ballot, but the DNC can prepone their convention if they want. Or maybe Biden just doesn't care about Ohio anyway.

I'm almost certain this technicality would not have come up if not for Maine and Colorado. It's revenge.

Yup it’s very easy, Biden just wants to fundraise using primary cash as long as possible.

Biden's time in the Senate with DeWine might have paid off here.
