how what?  How do they send mixed signals?  Some left people threaten people they don't agree with with violence and some left people understand why that's a problem.  I see that my post makes it sound like it's coming from the same left person and I don't think that's usually the case.  My mistake.

And if they won't stay at home, they should at least be made to feel unsafe if they try to express their queerness in public. Doubly so if there are children present.
