Yes, it was Biden's biggest opportunity to get his message ourmt, and he's been actively campaigning on that message since.

It sure looks like it was. I guess it could just be a coincidence.

Yes, Conserv want to say it was no bump we are in a polarized environment we aren't gonna see 7 pt Biden leads unless it's reflected in the end vote

2008/12/18 large waves it took until Sept before there was large bump

Yes, but there's some evidence its dissipated given his approval has once again began to dip below 40% on 538 and RCP.

I've measured it at around 3.5 points on average in the swing states, we will see if it holds.

Yes Fox news is still padding Trump +5 leads to justify no SOTU bounce and it's a carbon copy of Rassy plus 6 polls, yeah it was a SOTU bump but we aren't gonna see Biden plus 7 polls like before

Trump has the same Approvals that's why he is tied with Biden guess what Bush W Approvals and Bush H Approvals are 55 percent that's why Rs are struggling with Trump's

Biden is clearly received a bump since the State of the Union, but I don't know if it's because of the State of the Union.
