Obv require a Trump win. I see 2 main pathways this could happen;

1. The election is fairly close and building up to the election there is a lot of media about how R-lead states try to suppress Dem turnout using nasty tactics. Perhaps Rs intentionally persue strategies to try and reject as many mail votes as possible with little opportunity for people to fix things. I do worry about Dems getting distracted and losing credibility around legitimate anti-democratic practices like gerrymandering; for instance, Hakeem Jefferies equating the court-drawn NY Congressional Map to Jim Crow 2.0 really pissed me off.

2. A 2000 redux where the decisive state is extremely close and there's enough wiggle room for a bunch of challenges and arguments about any small thing that could have impacted results This would especially be the case if this SCOTUS throws the election to Trump.

Democrats blame Russia yet again.

I dunno, I think there's a difference between that and storming the Capitol shouting to hang the Vice President
