Why would you want Raskin of all people? His only supporters tend to be affluent Dem hacks who are already backing Biden enthusiastically. And a swamp creature like Raskin is probably a net negative on the campaign trail.

Biden has a ton of helpful surrogates this year. Raskin is good on cable news, though doesn't help much with the swing state voters that matter. Naturally, he'll have Fetterman, Shapiro, Whitmer, etc. for that.
