Initial focus in WI and GA, but I suspect they'll spend in NC and maybe TX as well. For now, their plan is spending on registration and GOTV, with no mention of TV or digital yet.

"Faith & Freedom" in conjunction with Donald J. Trump sounds like parody.

According to the article, this is $10 million than they spent in 2020.

According to an inflation calculator, $62 million in 2024 is about equal to $52 million to 2020. So this is nothing new.

I am confident that if you want theft and bad management of entitlements, even in his current state Donald J. Trump  is your go-to guy.

Except that this group of voters is being targeted because they agree with Trump on social issues (and also consider social issues as the most important factor in their vote).

That's a waste of money.

Trump himself can turn them out himself by just existing.

With a few exceptions, I never understand people for whom social issues are the most important thing. Don't ya'll have actual concerns with real life issues like money, healthcare, taxes, public services, ect?

Feels like an awfully privileged position to be in, but of course the irony is a lot of these hyper-religious folks in rural West Virginia are economically underprivilidged.

The future of the fake Christian vote isn't as rosy for the GOP a lot of Republicans (or Democrats for that matter) probably think. Yes, the doomsday Left Behind people are straight-ticket Republicans, but they've been around for a long time now. Trump never won them over. These are the same people that worshiped W and Reagan, and voted straight-ticket Republican for decades. The Late Great Planet Earth crowd is on its way out. Some of these churches have evolved into anti-woke churches, which are basically just anti-SJW YouTubers with a cross on the wall behind them, but I really don't think that's the future of Christian voters in America.

The next generation of so-called Christians seems to be dominated by the types of people that attend events like that scam "revival" a year or two ago. (Remember that? Lmao.) They go to churches where they spend 90% of the service singing terrible music, and the pastor wears jeans and t-shirt and talks about maintaining your relationship with God, or something lame like that, followed by a verse or two from a dreadful translation of the Bible. These potential voters seem much more up for grabs than the 700 Club viewers of the past.
