Why stop there? Conservatives should start eating raw meat, that'll sure piss off those blue-haired woke liberals!

I'm hardly a conservative anymore, but steak tartar is awesome.

He said blue hair, not blue rare. Tongue

I ordered a steak tartare appetizer at a restaurant with my dad.  When it came, my dad said that the meat was really rare, apparently having no idea what steak tartare is.

That sounds pretty adventurous for you. (I'm pretty sure you've spoken against plant-based and/or lab-created meats.) I've had some very rare steak, but I've never had steak tartare. I'd only want to try it at a very reputable restaurant.

I do want to try fugu some day, but only in Japan from an experienced chef.

I always found it kinda weird how unpasteurized milk never quite caught on here in the states like in Germany.

I used to buy those little carboard box milk boxes just sitting unrefrigerated in a corner at gas petrol stations all the time, and could never tell the difference.
Unpasteurized milk is definitely not common in Germany and only allowed with strict controls. I highly doubt it's allowed to sell them unrefrigerated. The milk you bought was probably pasteurized.

I'm fine with Rose DeLauro having a meltdown on national TV.
