I don't see the problem with this, even by New York Times standards.
 
So, this is probably a positive headline for Biden relatively.

Had it said: "Feeble, Old Man Attempts Political Comeback," maybe you'd be able to spin this as bad for Biden. But it doesn't say or imply that.

Sometimes things can go Biden’s way, you know.
