The sample size for this is just 33, so I don’t want to overintepret.  And I think this was just about a good a speech as Biden is ever going to give.

But those “pre-speech” numbers are reaaalllly baaaaad.  Like Francois Hollande in 2016 bad.  And Hollande very rightly inferred he had no business running for reelection.  

I wonder what the screen was to get into this focus group.
