Joe Biden’s State of the Union address is tonight at 9pm.

There’s a lot of pressure riding on his performance - at a job approval average of just 39.2% he cannot afford his usual Biden gaffes and ‘senior moments.’

Biden is usually pumped with Adderall for such occasions so he should be okay…. But his decline has been rapid and obvious so who knows.
