Yeah, I didn't realize that. I assumed one of his parents was American, but he emigrated with his family.

Still wasn't enough to keep him from making the Texas ballot!

I honestly forgot he was even running.

Maybe there was someone more pathetic than Phillips running. There's some consolation for him.

Yet both, comparatively, got humiliated by the electoral juggernaut that is Jason Palmer.
