The Green Papers say they do and they're rarely (not never) wrong so...

That surprises me a bit if accurate. I guess I'll have to decide between that and Willamson.

At least we're having a primary this time though. We didn't even have one in 2012.

I predict that Washington state will be sending a few "uncommitted" delegates to the convention.

Even if the war is completely over by then and a distant memory, they will find some other way to be total assholes and disrupt the proceedings.

Georgia's primary is set for March 12, and cease-fire supporters there have launched the "Listen to Georgia Coalition", a campaign calling for Georgia Democratic primary voters to submit a blank ballot in protest.

In an Instagram statement released Tuesday night, the group urged Biden to "take concrete action" on advocating for an end to the violence in Gaza or "risk losing the 2024 presidential election."

Question: Do those blank ballots count as "uncommitted™" votes?

Yeah, those would be undervotes and people will just go "Huh, Georgia turnout was terrible, that's weird" and move on. No message heard.

Yes, very stupid. If there's no uncommitted option, just vote for Willamson who is on the ballot.

Politico disagrees with Green Papers on a few of these: https://www.politico.com/news/2024/03/12/uncommitted-protest-vote-movement-future-00146347

Politico sees the remaining states as Kansas, Missouri, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Wyoming, Maryland, Kentucky, Montana, New Jersey, Washington D.C., and New Mexico.

Differences from original list: they have Kansas, Montana, and New Jersey. They don't have Wisconsin or New York.

I think we'll have to see what ends up happening in some of these states.

I have read about "Uncommitted" so many times by now that my brain is just tempted to give up and write off Uncommitted as some rapper's breakout album from 2010.
