In the best of all possible worlds, prostitution would not be known. However, given that prostitution will occur whether or not it is legal, I think, all things considered, it is better to try and regulate the practice. This will hopefully lead to an increase in the safety of those women involved.

On this basis, I hesitantly vote Aye.

No and even if that was the case, I am willing to let these things wait so the President can make a decision even though I am personally very much opposed to this bill.
